Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: After your order is placed, we need 1 to 2 business days to process and pack it. Once it’s shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes between 3 and 5 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as the label is created.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to other countries in the future.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to send an item back. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free, and we never charge a restocking fee. If you received something with a quality issue, contact us right away and we’ll take care of it.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once your return reaches us, we process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. After that, it depends on your bank — most customers see the money back in their original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
